Mentoring
Sometimes teachers need a little help or advice beyond what the books say. Allow me to come and provide teachers with low stakes (Not TTESS) observational feedback. I can help them try something new or implement a new strategy and then provide them with objective pointers and comments. They can teach while I observe student participation and behavior. I'll observe their practice, meet with them, and provide practical feedback.
